This is the most important rule. Always write down who the stake holders of the project are and what their interests in the result of the project are. If you do this step right, the next 3 rules will become a lot more easy. Indentifying the stakeholder and knowing what they want is vital to bridge the gap between organizations and units. This way, you can report if their expectations are met.
