A lot of articles about the ‘perfect registry cleaner’ are popping up lately. Most of them simply praise the product to heavens. The authors forget to mention the downsides, points of improvements and the support. With my 12-years of computer experience, I’ll try to give a neutral review about Registry Winner.
Let’s start with the downsides of Registry Winner. Although the interface looks good at first it has some flaws. Some times when you click on it, it hangs for a few seconds. The interface also take up quite a bit of memory. You should ask yourself if this is a problem. You will use probably use the program every now and then not every day, right?
Another point which is not very good are the IE-tools. Most people don’t use internet explorer, so there is no point is using this tools. If you do use internet explorer on a regular basis, the IE-tools are very handy. They cleanup a lot of mess and all those pesky toolbars that you will get everyone and then are also removed.
A good point which is not seen often with other registry cleaners is the service manager. This will enable you to start or stop windows services very easy and fast. Registry Winner also helps you deciding which services are useful, which are safe and which should be disabled.
Because the product isn’t free, they have the time, money and employees to research error fixes. This means full vista compatibility, regular updates and guaranteed safety.
These features are great and beneficial to you. However, I did found it a bit slow compared to other registry cleaners. You should decide for yourself: Should I sacrifice some speed for quality gain?”.

I have tried many of registry cleaner tools, I think Registry Winner is good, it does do a nice job cleaning your registry and easy to use. I also like its interface, it’s beautiful.
Pros: It cleaned out most unwanted junk files.
It cleaned out junk files well.
Cons: It had the tendency to go after shared files if you got rid of one part of the program.
Summary: Not bad, I don’t go after the 60-days-refund
